Dr Wallace is one of the most humble and kindest human being I have ever met in my life, and I met him once. Let me explain,
I have horrendous teeth. I'm 28 tears old and paid very little attention to my teeth growing up and have a deathly fear of foreign objects in my mouth. For the past year or 2 I have been going to dentist offices all over the tri cities, in excruciating pain, hoping to have some assistance and be put to sleep.
I paid 2 dentist offices cold cash and the first time I had an emergency come up and couldn't come on the schedule date so they refunded me and wouldn't book me in again. The second practice I had paid didn't quite understand that I need to be completely asleep, even though I explained my fear of the operation. I paid $600 dollars and went in for the 25 tooth extraction and was told by the nurses I would be in a twilight sedation meaning I would be semi awake. I left. Had a hard time getting my money back.
It's been hell to say the least. Then a friend had mentioned his surgeon for his full extraction. I took his advice and met Dr Wallace. I went in to my appointment and was greeted by 2 friendly ladies. I then met the wizard behind the curtains and I was so relieved to know someone was actually understanding of my situation. He immediately booked me into the hospital for 23 teeth to be extracted for June 22nd 2018. I was unable to stay employed due to the pain so I was on assistance and he explained that if I was willing to wait a bit he could get me put to sleep in a hospital no problem within 3 months. I dived all over that opportunity.
This long weekend I had obtained an abscess in my tooth. The office was closed, but I was able to contact him through an after hours number and have a prescription faxed to the closest pharmacy. He wasn't rude or anything when I had called.
This man is a saint as far as I'm concerned. I'll be back to update my review after the surgery in a month.

I have never felt so comfortable having dental work done, the staff is professional but friendly, Dr. Wallace was patient, welcoming and put me at ease,. The staff at this office are second to none, thank-you Cheryl for making a very nervous patient feel at ease. I am sorry that I forgot the other lady's name that took my information, but thank-you also! To everyone at your office - thank-you!

I got my 3 impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Wallace 2 weeks ago, I cannot speak highly enough of him and his team. Prior to the surgery, Dr. Wallace was very thorough during the consultation where he informed me of any complications/risks. The day of the surgery, I was briefed by a nurse on post-op instructions and given information to take home. I healed with minimal bleeding and swelling and was pretty much back to normal in 5 days. Thank you Dr. Wallace for making an unpleasant procedure bearable!

Just had a consultation with Dr. Wallace this morning. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. This was my 3rd consultation after going to 2 different oral surgery offices. I had ample time in my consult with Dr. Wallace I didn't feel rushed at all! All my questions were answered and I felt completely satisfied with my appointment. Nothing negative about it at all.

Dr Wallace is a very talented and kind surgeon. He and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Surgery can be a little nerve wracking and they will put you at ease. My son has had surgery with Dr. Wallace 3 times, twice for an impacted tooth on the roof of his mouth and yesterday, he had his 4 wisdom teeth removed. They provide great pre and post op information and will answer any questions you have. My son is doing very well after his wisdom teeth extraction with only a low level of pain (he is taking the pain meds) and so far no swelling (although they told us the swelling can occur 2-3 days after the fact). In any case, I have nothing but the best to say about Dr. Wallace and his staff.
