Awesome staff! Paid out of my pocket for wisdom teeth removal and it was totally worth the $2125.00. The nurses were awesome especially Andrea and Heather. Dr.Casciato is a cool guy so I’ll rate them a solid 5! The nurse even tried holding my hand before putting me under and I told her she didn’t need to because I wasn’t scared and she told me she was just doing it to comfort me! Woke up, tried to fold the blanket they let me use, Andrea said no! Handed me to my significant other and left out the side door! Great experience for my first time trying anesthesia ;)

Dr Casciato, was friendly and professional. His staff were very knowledgeable and explained things well. They were on-point with reminders and timely information.
I feel like Dr. Casiato did a really good job of closing the holes from my wisdom teeth extraction. Lead to better healing. Could be just coincidence?
Office is nice and clean!
Overall a really great and seamless experience, which is hard to say about something as unpleasant as extractions.
Highly recommend Dr. Casciato!

Couldn't have been better! Did my surgery back in December. Consultation eased my mind over my wisdom teeth removal, and the procedure process was smooth, organized, professional, but yet casual at the same time. The nurse who prepped me for the surgery was also very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and Dr. Casciato couldn't have been more honest and friendly! He was very easy to talk to and all the staff there made the whole experience a smooth sail. Even the follow up post-op, Dr. Casciato explained some cleaning techniques with clarity and was very patient with me.
I highly recommend you get your wisdom teeth removed here!

My experience with Dr Casciato was the worst one of my life. He was very nice to me until I woke up in hospital from surgery to find out that he hadn't pulled one tooth. He took a surgical chissel & hammer & chipped out every tooth & in the process damaged my jaw. I got infected because he didn't even take the time to shave my jawbone so I could wear dentures. I asked him 3x's to fix it because denturist said that he could NOT even make me dentures. When I went back 4th time & told him what denturist said, "okay fine let's fix this now". I was brought into his back operating room where he gave me freezing, but I felt everything so he gave me more. As he worked at shaping my jaw I was crying & told him I felt everything. "He said do u want it done or not?" He continued giving me freezing. 12 needles in all & I still felt so much. If I truly had been given freezing in all 12 needles I would have been frozen for a very long time. My assumption was that after 2 he gave me saline. I thought he was killing me. Like I said after that I got so infected & the swelling was still extremely bad 6 months later when my denturist sent me to a very good specialist. I ended up needing 2 reconstructive surgeries & bone chips coming out of my gums were causing infections for over a year & a half! Why did all this happen to me? Because I had ODSP coverage only & no private insurance. If u make a ton of money & have a great insurance plan or willing to pay through your credit card he treats u great!! If you are on any type of social assistance or your insurance is basic, I would totally stay away from this guy! Right now several yrs later I have horrible pain in my mouth & find it difficult to even wear dentures as when he finally shaved bone he took too much away in several places & it made it difficult to do the reconstructive surgery! I am only 53 & have a almost impossible quality of eating because of this guy! I would always ask if the specialist gives same care for both good insurance plans & ODSP plans? Also bring someone with you so it's not a he said, she said situation. Please be careful no matter where u go!
