County Limousine Service

We have built and maintained the website for CountyLimoCT. There has been no issues for a few years yet when they got infected by malware 2 months ago, the owner called me panicking and asking to clean it up and restore it's clean status with Google (it was marked as hacked within the search results). After 1.5 full days of work, the website was cleaned from multiple malware infections. We also submitted multiple requests to Google in order to restore it's clean status in search results (so it no longer displays that the site is hacked) yet we had no control over when Google would perform the manual check on the site and clear the infection flag that was getting displayed in the results. Ofcourse the owner did not understand the fact that we do not own Google nor their malware team and had no patience for the results to clear. He seeked an online service which was of no use since the site was clean and was in queue to be checked by google. Surprisingly, he claimed that he paid the $150+ to have the service check the site (which is an automated task that probably takes less than 20 seconds to run). Once the website was restored and was back to normal (in Google's search results), the owner Sami deliberately avoided speaking with us to pay for the services rendered. We tried to contact him several times, via email, phone and text yet he straight out told one of our team members that he has no clue what we're talking about. A clear sad and pathetic way in handling a business critical transaction. Keep in mind, the services that were rendered were performed on a weekend as an emergency since we couldn't just let his business suffer. Aside from that, we discounted the invoice by over 50% and the only interaction we had at the beginning of our collection attempts is that he's only willing to pay us $100 for over 12+ hours of work. Note: I'm a certified Google guide, Google Contributor, Google Agency/Partner and Google Engaged certified to say the least - and rarely do I post a negative review/contribution to the community if my experience was not 110% negative. This unfortunately falls within that negative bracket and will remain public until this matter is resolved to a satisfactory resolution. This has also been referred to our attorney as of yesterday (Friday 12/3/2016).
