Solid Limousine company.  The owner plays a major role in everything that goes on within his company.  Vehicles are all new looking.

BEWARE. I would never recommend this service to anyone. We were so embarrassed at our wedding by this company's failure to provide the service we paid for. Our driver was late to his first pick up to bring guests to our venue, which was a simple 15 minute drive from the hotel. My groom was PULLED OUT OF PHOTOS, and had to make a phone call to Gateway to find out where the heck the driver was! When they located their driver and he eventually arrived, he told us he had no idea he was supposed to be making multiple trips back and forth between the hotel and venue. Thankfully we had a private driver from another company with a van for use by the wedding party, and he saved the day and made trips back and forth. Without him, I am not sure my guests would all have arrived to the wedding. 

Then, after the wedding- as if it could get worse, the driver took almost AN HOUR (timed by our wedding planner) to do the first run of people to the hotel and back. When asked why this was the case, he complained that it was "dark outside". 

What the heck is going on with this company? The night of the wedding I left an angry message while I stood, embarrassed, with my guests waiting AN HOUR for transportation back to the hotel. I did receive a call the next day from the operations manager who told me he would look into the issue and get back to me, which unsurprisingly never happened. 

We did NOT get what we paid for. The driver was incompetent, clueless about our itinerary and wildly unprofessional. This was the ONLY disappointment for what was an otherwise perfect wedding. Don't let this happen to you! Look elsewhere!

Gateway is amazing and so are the staff! The price is always just right! Book with them and you won’t be dissapointed!

Used Gateway for my daughter's wedding on 05/20/2017. Mark at Gateway was very professional and his attention to detail was awesome.He arranged the buses for guests from hotel to venue and back to hotel after reception; both trips went flawlessly!
Our wedding party bus, 20+ people, could not have been nicer and our driver Paul was great. He treated us like we knew him for years. I would highly recommend Gateway to anyone who wants one less worry on their kid's wedding day.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, OVER CHARGED ME MORE THAN I WAS ORIGINALLY QUOTED AND IT SHOWED UP ON MY BUSINESS BANKING STATEMENT AS AN REOCCURING CHARGE. WHEN I CALLED TO CLARIFY THEY THE WOMAN WAS VERY RUDE AND KEPT STATING THAT I WAS WRONG ABOUT A QUOTE AND A CONVERSATION THAT SHE WAS NOT THERE TO WITNESS AS IF I HAD TO CALL AND LIE FOR NO APPARENT REASON. THE SAD PART IS I LIKE THEM AT FIRST AND THAT CHANGED  VERY QUICKLY. BEWARE #USEUBBER
