Absolutely appalling experience with this company. Received a call the night of my event saying the driver would be 20 minutes late and would call me when he was near by, since this was a surprise for a friend. After 45 minutes, I still did not receive a call. I had to call the company back were I was assured that our driver would be arriving momentarily. When the driver finally arrived, I gave him the first address of the night. I had called the company beforehand to make sure that it was okay to request additional stops throughout the night, I was assured that it was fine. The driver did not know how to work his GPS and my group sat in the limo for an additional 15 minutes before we finally just agreed to give him directions while he was driving. Upon getting to our first destination, I told him our next destination so that he could enter it and be prepared when we wanted to go. I asked him to write it down or put it in his phone, he said he would remember but a minute after saying the address, he repeated it back incorrectly. I made sure that he finally had the correct address and then I asked for his phone number so that I could call him when we wanted to leave. When my group finally wanted to go to our next destination, the number I was given was out of service. In a panic, myself and a few members of my group began walking around trying to find our ride. I finally called the company again and was told my driver would pick us up momentarily. At this point we decided to just return home, nearly 2 hours early, because it was just getting ridiculous dealing with this. I expressed my discontent and was told I would receive a significantly lower price for our trip because of all the hassle, and I paid this price in cash. I checked my credit card statement today and found that I had been charged an additional fee, which was pretty much the difference between what I had already paid and my original quote. I was told I would receive a discount, which was pretty much a lie, because they just charged me the difference later. Absolutely horrendous company. I cannot believe the low level of customer service I received. This was supposed to be a special night for a good friend and instead it was a disaster. Will never be using this company in the future.

I must say I love this company and how I can always get my family to any airport I need at anytime. They are trustworthy and make my experience always easy and on time. Must I say on time. I also have used them for private events. I never worry about them not knowing my destination. Thank you Future International Limousine for making my family worry free when trusting your company during my travels.

Six of us used Future International Limousine for transportation back from a wedding reception in new york. The driver was extremely professional and very accommodating. He was 15 minutes early, the limo was very clean, he was willing to wait around an extra 15 minutes to make sure we were ready . We had to make an unscheduled stop on the way to our final destination, which he did not charge us extra for and did not complain about. He got us to our destination with no errors or issues. He was a very safe and professional driver. I would definitely suggest using them and I will use them again in the future.

If you’re interested in paying $200 to have a driver get you and your family of four lost on the way to the airport and almost miss your flight, then Future International Limousine is the company for you. You’ll be dazzled by the way they turn a 54 minute drive into an hour and twenty minute drive at no extra cost to you! You’ll get to enjoy priceless memories, like hunting for an international airport in a residential neighborhood at 4 am, sprinting to your gate while wearing an infant and begging your 8 year old to try to keep up, and ending your vacation by not getting to sit with any of your family members because you were the very last ones to board the plane! And for an added bonus, I encourage you to try calling management to complain about their service! You’ll love how they interrupt you repeatedly, lie about the logged departure and arrival times, and give you a marginal reduction in price despite having wholly failed at transporting you to the most common passenger destination within a hundred miles. That’s right, folks, it’s the worst travel experience you’ve been waiting for! Come on down, waste your money and send your stress level through the roof today!

We have used Future Century for a few years now, mainly to go to JFK and they have always been very reliable and well priced. They arrive on time and the limo and driver are always clean and very presentable. I have and would recommend them to friends and family looking for a reliable car company.
