This is my fourth experience with this company and as always it turned out to be beautiful! Recommending it to all my friends and relatives. The best part is that the chauffeurs are very friendly and courteous. They respect the passengers and make them happy in every possible way. Coming back for another ride super soon!

For my sister's wedding we made reservations for her and her husband to be chauffeured on their wedding day through Michaels Limousine Services.  They provided us with such professional service while we were requesting a quote with their sales rep that we were so confident when making the reservation.

Recently booked a party limo service with my friends. What a perfect ride! Looking forward to book it again soon. Since we opted for a complete package, a lot of amenities were offered to us throughout the ride and some of them were even beyond our expectation. Thanks a lot for a tremendous journey, made all my friends very happy!

Let me just begin by saying the entire experience with this company was infuriating and ridiculous. 

The primary communication with the company was handled by a friend of mine, who was treated with unprofessional and rude service. The “bus” was booked five months in advance of our event (prom), but there was extremely poor communication on the company’s end. No confirmation of the reservation was ever made. Several calls were not returned. The company was constantly trying to push off our phone calls and charge us more because they did not realize our event was as far away as it was. It took until the DAY OF the event for the payment to be made and driver contact information to be given. When it came time for the group to be picked up, it was discovered that the driver phone number given was incorrect, resulting in more phone calls with the company, which were AGAIN met with rude comments and unprofessional responses. We were told the driver was lost, and then that he was at the pick up location, and then that he was on his way, leaving the whole group wondering if we would even have the bus at all. Turns out, the “bus” we had booked for 24 passengers was really a stretch Hummer with room for maybe 15 people, leaving the ride very cramped and uncomfortable for all. The vehicle itself had issues, including a gas cap covered with duct tape. The driver seemed unqualified, and the passengers felt unsafe as the driver tried to make tight turns in the large vehicle, started and stopped very harshly, and got lost and had to turn around in an unnerving woodsy area. We were also informed that the credit card machine was broken, and we had to pay the full amount in cash. They also demanded more money than we had been contractually obligated to pay, and no legal contracts or information was provided to ensure they held up their end of the deal. At the end of the night, the driver even had the AUDACITY to complain about not receiving a tip when $240 (20%) had been included in the total cash payment and given to the driver. 

We should really receive a refund for this awful experience, and for not getting what was promised to us. 

Overall, this company provides terrible customer service, sketchy drivers and vehicles, and does not follow through with deals made. They should be ashamed for their extreme rudeness, especially when dealing with 17-year-olds (who, arguably, knew more about making a business transaction than they did). 

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

Everything was great. Excellent customer service, affordable prices, and meticulous fleet of vehicle. all seems to be a dream come true. The chauffeur communicated with us flawlessly. He took us to our destination in a safe and speedy manner. Had a wonderful day! Thank you Michael''s Limousine .
