Scheduled a ride to JFK airport from Hartford area.  Driver did not arrive on time and was certainly not “10 minutes early”as Lindsey Limo promises. At our pick up time, our driver was at least 30 min away. I only knew this because I was able to track his gps. He did not call to inform me he would be late nor did the dispatch. I called dispatch and basically they just said sorry. We had to call an Uber and ride 2 1/2 hours to JFK. I received an email from a manager saying he would call us to discuss issue.  He never bothered to call. Terrible customer service. I would never use them again and will tell my friends to look elsewhere for reliable transportation.

Response to company:
We were NOT given the option of waiting 20 minutes for another car. That is completely false. Dispatch checked and said he had no option available to us. (By the way- waiting 30 min for original driver wouldn’t have been adequate.)
NO message was left on the phone number provided. That too is completely false. Please don’t defend yourself with facts that did not happen. 
As I arrived back in Hartford after the weekend, I saw your sign saying you are early 100% of the time. That too is false. 
I would not feel the need to write a poor review if anyone from the company had bothered to follow up with me.

Kim was amazing. We were going to a Guns & Roses concert and she had the limo decked out and the radio station pre set. She knew exactly where she was going and kept us informed of where and how to find her after the concert. We were met after the concert in an easy access area. She was super pleasant and I would not only recommend Lindsey Limousine but would also suggest people request Kim because of how she goes above and beyond for her clients.

Lindsey Limo picked me up from BDL. The driver was on time, dressed professionally and offered complimentary water for the ride to my destination.  The car was as clean as possible and was very comfortable.  Lindsey Limousine is my choice for limo service not only in Connecticut but any where in the USA.  They have a network that takes care of you no matter where you are traveling.

Lindsey Limo was absolutely amazing! The person i spoke on the phone was very nice and knew every answer to all of my ridiculous questions. I believe her name was Toya. The chauffeur arrived early and let me know he was outside. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Lindsey Limo!

We booked this company to take us home. We booked the SUV. The company assured us there would be plenty of room for 5 passengers and luggage. Driver picked us up at Syracuse Airport, didn't help us with our bags and took us across the parking lot to a beat up old SUV. There were five of us and the car had 4 seats, the driver tells us there's plenty of room. He hands my mother pillows with the intention of having my 9 year old son sit on the hump in the middle of the back seat! When my mother sits there he says "oh, have the little one sit there, there's no seatbelt law in the backseat in NY." Are you kidding me!?! There absolutely is, and even if there wasn't I still want my kids buckled! I sat with my 9 year old on my lap, my 12 year old took the other seat, my 62 year old mother sat on the hump and my husband in the front seat. The car stunk and it kept making a beeping noise intermittently, which the driver kept assuring us was no big deal!
If we hadn't arrived at 11:00 at night, we would have told him, no thanks! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone EVER!!! My mother called the company the day after to complain and they couldn't care less! Beware! Hire someone else!
