I enjoyed my experience of this beautiful hotel! The service was exceptional! And the inside and outside location of the hotel was awesome! My parking was right there in front of the hotel, and I was on the third floor my room was right by the elevator and the ice machine great service! And my room was amazing absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfortable I did not want to get up everything was on the up and up very satisfied I would definitely stay there again and again and again!! Plus they had all kinds of stuff on the property I wish I would have took advantage of getting a Starbucks before I left:- but the atmosphere and the furniture and the people were amazing it makes me wish they were closer because I'm all the way in Kentucky almost 6 hours away pretty much but it was awesome and I don't regret it!!

Flawless/excellent. The bistro provides the perfect options for breakfast- the avocado toast is the best I’ve ever had! The front desk agents were accommodating, professional, and kind. The room was gorgeous and comfortable and clean. The fire pit outside was cozy and provided great evening ambience. The location was easy with an easy parking garage. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The lobby is inviting and a great place to hang out. The hotel is in a great area that is well manicured. Staff was extremely friendly and we received our extra towels within minutes. Room is spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Service & staff were great. Every person I interacted with was great. I found it to be clean and comfortable. Could use a better vaccum for low profile carpets, but good. It must be a bit older as there were scuffs and dings in surfaces, walls and such. But that doesn't bother me. Recommend. Pros: Good size rooms USB plugs to charge device Bistro, Gym didn't use, Pool didn't use Possibly walkable for restaurants Cons: Not a lot of food options at Bistro THIN walls Fridge doesn't run 100% of the time. Has 2 hour timer thing. No microwave in unit for left overs

Clean, clean, clean! My room was simply clean, and I appreciate the design of this hotel, the amenities, the service, and the overall ambiance of this place. The bathroom was clean and the design was calming and serine. My only complaint is that it was a little difficult to get to the hotel via GPS granted, when I arrived, it was dark and raining, but overall 5/5.

Stayed here a few times and unfortunately they can care less about your rewards status. I truly don't expect anything more than my benefits and if mine says "guaranteed late checkout" then they can't deny it but this place did. They are not a resort hotel so they should honor it but nope. Done staying here.Rooms: 3/5

Really liked this hotel, an extremely helpful and friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. There for a game and to visit my daughter, I like the fact that it was not downtown but away from the action and would stay there again. Easy hop onto the highway and 10 minutes later you're at OSU.Rooms: 5/5

Great location. However, if you don't meet the narrative of the morning manager, expect to get the police called on you. Thankfully the police knew me by name and advised to morning manager to simply communicate with people he saw as a threat. Of course, the marginalized labor in the maintenance crew using racially-charged language on his speaker phone was no issue to the morning manager. The morning manager could have said hi and realized his co-worker on the day staff had bought three copies of my last book and two digital copies of my last two albums. I was planning on hosting a corporate event next to this location, but have changed my mind after being accused of be a disregarded person having two armed men approach me. Seriously, not lgbtq friendly at all.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location for us. If you have a wedding or meeting at the Event Center it is right nextdoor. Haley at the front desk was delightful and did me solid by letting us check in early before a wedding. Made my day! The entire staff were helpful, polite and accommodating. Pretty close to downtown and OSU. There are dining choices nearby but not fast food that I could see.
