The front desk is amazing. The cleaning service is not good they don't even respect or knock the door when people is inside the room, They cleaning Team needs to improve their english to have a better communication with the residents
Excellent hotel with a super friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Rooms are a decent size and there is a Bob Evans right next door.
Front desk staff was super nice. I appreciated the small gestures like a detailed restaurant guide including takeout options and the hot cocoa station. I would give room cleanliness 4/5 stars but nothing super concerning. Great breakfast options especially in the era of COVID.
The room was clean and well kept. But the most exciting part of it all, was the toilet and bath/shower were in two separate rooms!
