Crane Ramen Jacksonville

This place is very chic, yet the cuisine didn't do it for me. It was a very unique experience that one definitely has to be open to in order to enjoy. If you are not into adventurous eating, you won't like this place at all. Many of the appetizers were absolutely great and absolutely flavorful. The main entrees were where I was not pleased. The flavors in my bowl just didn't seem to mesh well. Seemed it was just pulled from different places in the kitchen and sat in a bowl of broth before being brought out I ate it all anyway, so it's not like it was bad. It just wasn't good for me. I'll go again and try another bowl and update my post if anything changes once I do. For a reference, I had the spicy bowl which was said to be more flavorful than the others.

This restaurant is clean excellent staff and food. I highly recommend lunch and or dinner here. Great place and owner even actually host at times but Wil definitely stop by your table to see how your meal and experience were...go here to eat.

Caleb was an awesome server. Everything I had was delicious. Make sure to grab the homemade ice cream at the end! Super pleasant staff and the atmosphere is beautiful.

The pickled veggies were really good (appetizer), but soup was just ok. I actually ended up adding leftover liquid from the pickled veggies to the soup to give it some taste (it had none). I am not an expert on ramen places at all, but I have been to couple (like one in Savannah, GA). This one was disappointing when it came to food. I forgot what was the third thing I tried, but it was not good. The atmosphere is cool though. Check out the back area. I will give it another try.

Delicious food and filling. Very knowledgeable staff whose willing to give recommendations. Cocktails were really good too. Very affordable.
