I have been Care Pass member for several years and live all the savings and perks provided with rewards program. Plus service and friendly staff are great. sorry Walgreens just don’t have the perks and savings CVS has.
I don’t know what it is about this location but they are totally rude when you call, and prescriptions can take anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours which makes zero sense. I’m switching all my prescriptions to The Prescription Place, you can get anything filled in 15 minutes and everyone is super nice there!
Absolutely horrible. Go to/order from Walgreens in Bluewater, trust me. Your experience will be so much better. I have been here multiple times as I deliver for DoorDash and Instacart. Every time I’ve shopped for an order here, without fail almost every item is out of stock. I just expect it now. But tonight’s experience has made me decide to refuse to take all future orders here. I did my shopping, went to checkout and there were no employees in sight. Fine, okay. I go to self checkout, but made the mistake of tapping “no receipt” because usually I don’t need it for the apps. However, this particular time Instacart wanted a photo of the receipt. So I stood around for a while before an employee finally showed up. Asked her if she could reprint the receipt, she said no, she’d have to call her manager. Okay. She calls him then disappears again. I wait about 5 minutes before a very grumpy man approaches and basically throws an 8x11 piece of paper at me. No smile, no greeting, nothing. I thank him, but then realize there’s no barcode or transaction number on this weird computer printed receipt which I need for Instacart to proceed to delivery so I ask if he can please just do a re-print on the register. He rudely refuses and says that’s all he can do. Now granted I don’t know how CVS’s systems work, but I’ve worked retail and I’ve never heard of a POS not allowing a simple reprint. When I worked registers I was able to do this very easily. I’m not sure if these people are just lazy, incompetent or the system really doesn’t allow it, which is stupid if so. I was forced to contact Instacart care who were also baffled by this man’s refusal to simply reprint a receipt. If this guy is the manager, I can understand why there are never any staff here. I wouldn’t want to work for him either.
I was helped by Katherine , she assisted my husband and I to download our pictures and print them. Had she not assisted us, we probably would have been there for a while! Excellent service! Thank you, Katherine!
I don’t think a place of business can get any worse than CVS at Oak Creek shopping center. Need to reach the pharmacy? Good luck. You’ll be on hold for several minutes and you’re lucky if they even come back to you. When you pull up to the window, it takes several minutes for them to acknowledge you because it appears they’re more interested in what their coworkers have to say than attending to customers. There should be absolutely no reason for a customer to sit at the window for more than a minute certainly not 10+ minutes and yes, this happens frequently without at least being spoken to, especially when we can clearly see there are no customers at the inside counter AND there are 3-4 employees working. It’s pure negligence on their part. Also, I’m constantly having to QC THEIR work because on more than one occasion they have given me the wrong quantity of my medication. Count your pills, y’all. I have been going to this location for a couple of years simply out of convenience since it is very close to my home, but there is nothing convenient about having to get in your car and either drive up to the window or go inside to the counter just to ask a question about your medication because they can’t answer the phone. I recently had a rather urgent medication I needed a status on and was on hold for a total of 40 minutes. I stayed on hold while I got in my car and drove to the window so I could show them just how long I had been on hold and all 3 maybe 4 staff members were standing around, talking and laughing with each other. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP due to the negligent and lackadaisical behavior that has increasingly worsened over the last several months even though the service has never been good. You can’t blame poor service on COVID. Not sure if this a management problem on either the store’s behalf or the pharmacy/pharmacist’s, but they need to clean house and hire some efficient individuals because the current staff is not cutting it. Definitely NOT the type of business to be negligent of customers.
Their pharmacy department has poor customer service skills and their online system is not reliable
Terrible pharmaceutical service! Needed a prescription transferred, but it was like pulling teeth to get the pharmacist to do it. Not to mention that when it was made known that our insurance wouldn’t cover the medication at this moment in time, they just laughed at us for how much it would cost to pay out of pocket. Like I said, terrible service and an extreme lack of professionalism. If you have an option to go anywhere else, do it!
Gave one star only because I had to. I’ve always used CVS in other areas and I have NEVER had the issues that I have with this particular store. Rude staff. REALLY hard to reach a human being in the pharmacy. Pharmacy has “never gotten” an electronically submitted prescription on at least three occasions. You’re going to wait A LONG TIME for the prescriptions they do “get”. I’ll definitely be switching pharmacies and I suggest this establishment to no one!
This is the 12th time that I have used the drive thru and noted that the drive through associate seems to always leave the previous persons signed Pharmacy acknowledgment of discussion in the bin tray. My wife has complained in the past about this problem and the issue does not appear to be a concern for the Niceville CVS pharmacy. I went into the store to talk with the manager and was assured that there is no personal info on the receipt other than a bar code and the persons signature. It seems they are not going to change their policy. Next time I go through the drive through, I may be tempted take the previous persons signature, and attempt to contact them using their signed receipts or else post a picture of it here in a future complaint. I feel that CSV does not take privacy serious, and that it will eventually burn them in the near future if they continue this policy.
I use CVS in Niceville to fill my prescriptions. They are always understaffed causing me to wait for 20+ minutes in the drive thru and inside for my prescriptions. Every time. Sometimes I’m the only one in the drive thru and it still takes at least 20 minutes. The staff can be rude at times and lacks good customer service. Very frustrating.
