Cycle Springs Powersports

Just recently upgraded my motorcycle and it was a great experience. Peggy, the sales specialist, was great walking me through the entire buying process. They have a huge selection of motorcycles and other vehicles. The vehicle turnaround is high. I recommend if you see something you like put a deposit on it. Went there last week looking at at the selection with one bike in mind and it was quickly sold days later. But I feel I wound up with a better bike in the end. Thanks again Peggy.

I live out in Orlando and was shopping the whole state for the best deal on a new Z900. Cycle Springs by far had the best pricing and from the moment I connected with them on the phone I knew that it was going to be a pleasant experience. I dealt with Curtis and he was an awesome salesman to work with. At no point did I feel pressured, up sold, or that he didn't care. I had spoken to several other dealerships and first impressions were very rough. I almost felt that they didn't believe that I was actually going to be buying a bike and brushed me off. I needed some maintenance stuff and was more than happy to keep my business within the dealership instead of searching for $1 off online. However, their prices were very good. The parts guy behind the counter was super friendly and gave me some really good recommendations for maintaining the bike. Once again, they didn't push anything on me, just made honest suggestions. I was only at the dealership for about 45 minutes - Curtis had everything ready to go since he knew that I made a 2 hour drive to be there. Overall, I will definitely be going back, despite the lengthy drive, for parts, service, and maybe another bike in the future. Without a doubt 5/5 stars.

BUYER BEWARE! I just purchased a 2018 Yamaha FSH 190 Sport from Cycle Springs and I feel the need to share my experience which I don't do too often. IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I worked with Scott E. who knows his stuff. I had gone to my local Yamaha dealer, got a quote from them which I felt was higher than it should have been and the trade in value was lower than I thought it should have been. I ended up calling Cycle Springs, got a quote over the phone and I was blown away. Not only did they quote me thousands less than my local dealer, they also gave me more for my trade in which in the end saved me a total of $4800 on the transaction! It did end up taking me 3 hours to get there, but driving 3 hours there and 2 hours back (no traffic on the way home) was well worth not only the savings, but the advice and knowledge that they provided me with all the ins and outs of my new toy. So be aware, not all dealerships are the same and these guys went above and beyond to make sure I drove away happy and with a shiny new toy!

I highly recommend Cycle Springs Powersports but I truly recommend the assistance of staff member Peggy Caruso. She assisted me with my purchase of a Yamaha Jetski. She was very courteous, friendly, professional and wasn’t trying to just make a sale.. she was very informative and went all out to help me choose a best fit for a water sport craft of my needs with an exceptional price. I’ll definitely come back here and recommend them to anyone looking for any power sport needs.

I bought a bike yesterday and couldn't be happier. Brandon made the whole process painless. I highly recommend these guys, huge selection, non pushy environment. Everyone I've talked to there has been cool and helpful, no irritating sales pitches.
