Ryan Coleman is the most amazing finance manager you can work with here. He is very explanatory in all payments as well as the contract itself. Made sure we weren't clueless of what my husband sign his soul away to. Most importantly! Besides his professionalism and friendliness, but he recommended us some bomb ass food to eat! He didn't even stop there though, my love for chocolate milk is extreme so he pointed the way for me to find my beverage of choice. So now we got a bad ass bike, bomb ass food, and chocolate milk.

I can’t thank these guys enough. I came in unsure of if I’d be able to walk away with a bike but as I’m typing this I’m now the proud owner of a 2017 Suzuki gsxr 1000. Josh went out of his way to help me and keep me updated through the entire process. The finance department was extremely efficient and was able to get me financed right where I wanted to be with payments as well as interest rates with minimal money down. Again I can’t thank you guys enough and I will definitely be coming here for future bikes and recommending my friends as well.

I want to thank the whole team at Tampa Bay Powersports for taking care of me last Saturday. Y’all went above and beyond. Tom is a great salesman, very knowledgeable and professional. The whole crew who stayed 2 hours late just to get me back on 2 wheels, you guys are awesome. Thanks again and I will definitely be recommending you to anyone who is in the market.

Store was clean and well organized. The customer experience here wasn't the greatest. Guy at the service desk was kind of a jerk. I felt awkward being in there with the general mood in the store. A few employees had a pattern of treating us like our knowledge of bikes was very subpar to theirs. What they didn't know is that one of the people with me is a service tech with 18+ years in the industry. When I was checking out the motorcycles on display, not once was I approached about questions about pricing or anything. Don't think I'll come back here again.

I went in to get a new back tire for my bike, which staff was friendly and got me in fast. But what I didn't like was being told that my chain was wore out but on 03/30/18 I had all new sprockets and chain put on that i saw with my own eyes come out of the packaging. I did asked several people that I know and a few other motorcycle shop mechanics and they told me that the chain was fine. Don't like being told that i need something when I don't. I feel like I was being tried when my chain is only a week old.
