First let me say its a nice campground with plenty of activities and the staff was really polite and friendly. If you come here for peace and quiet then I would say look elsewhere. The sites are very close together and it was like being downtown in a bustling city. The prices for camping are really to high IMHO but if you think 50 bucks a night for camping in a real tight space with a tent is reasonable then its ok. Its pretty hard to find your site if you come in after closing time and its dark but if they are open they have someone escort you to your site. This comes in handy if you are in a large vehicle because the roads are narrow and have a lot of tight corners. If you like lots of traffic and noise with double the going rates compared to other campgrounds then you will probably like it.

Very nice camp ground..I wish I could have stayed for the summer.. My grandkids would have loved it! But I'm a travel nurse and never know for sure where my next job will be and I told them that because they charge first and last month and a deposit at arrival. I asked what would happen if my job changed and I couldn't stay and they said it would be reimbursed. I got a job too far from the camp ground to drive every day so I had to leave after the first month. They said they wouldn't return my money because I didn't give a month notice..I don't even know a month in advance and they were well aware of that but they said if I wasn't out by the next day at noon they would start charging the daily rate.. On top of my $975.00 for the month I didn't stay.. They had all kinds of awesome stuff like paddle boats and bicycles and golf carts but they are too expensive for my budget and probably would use them for that reason any way... Definitely in the business of making money.. The rent for a small piece of land is almost the same price as my house payments for a 3 bedroom house with a pool in Florida.. And there was a lot of rust in the water. Had to buy bottled water..

We come here frequently and always have the best experiences. There is a camp shop, cafe, putt putt, Gaga ball, playgrounds, ponds, train rides, hay rides, and basketball court. There are also golf carts and paddle boats for rent. The bathrooms are the best and always very clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful too!

This is a beautiful facility. The sites are too close together, too small and not level. We had to use all of the equipment we have to level our camper - about 6 inches of lift on the front side. Once we we're leveled and opened the slides we had about 1 inch of clearance between slide and power post and could not walk between the doors on the rightside due to the slab and picnic table. Again a lovely campground but difficult to maneuver a camper through and no space (imagine a campground designed by an airline). We would stay here again. Would just ask for a site near the front where the ground is flat.

The amenities here are great and I mean with the best of campgrounds. On the other hand, it's not what I'd consider a getaway as the campsites are shoulder to shoulder. My preference is a state park where there is more space of all sorts. We stayed in a clean cabin during the summer if 16' and the smoke was barely tolerable. I consider myself as outdoor oriented and to me the experience left a lot to be desired. My idea of camping doesn't coincide with this form.
