Lebanon / Cincinnati NE KOA Holiday

We love this KOA! They always escort you to your lot and help you get situated. They deliver your firewood. The store is very convenient and all employees are helpful. Pool is small but nice and they are growing their kids programs. We come back every Spring and Fall.

Haven't even stayed there yet, but very impressed with the assistance I received. We had some changes in our scheduling that affected our previous reservation dates. I called back to see about making a change, knowing that it would be tough to accommodate me during the summer on such short notice. I talked to a representative by the name of Brittany (hope I spelled it right), and she handled everything so quickly and courteously it made my head spin ! She rearranged our reservation and made everything work perfectly for us ! KOA is as lucky to have her there as I was to get her on the phone. Awesome job KOA, and awesome job Brittany !

We stayed several places on our trip and this was hands down the best! Beautiful, spacious sites, Our deluxe site included a cement pad, with grill and nice table and chairs. Our fire pit included stone with a large gravel pad, bench and wooden swing. The pool and restrooms were very nice and extremely clean. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

We stayed at several camping sites while touring the northeast and this was by far the best kept and cleanest campground that we visited. The bath houses were well maintained and the camp sites were exceptional. We absolutely loved it.

Small campground, but good amenities. The staff honored our request to move campsites away from the playground since we were kid-free for the weekend. Love having this getaway in our own town.
