My computer tower wasn't recognizing my tv monitor for some reason when hooking everything back up after rearranging my room.. I took the tower in at Decatur Computer Inc to have it looked at and not only was Chad very helpful and fast at diagnosing the problem, he didn't even charge me anything even after me offering a couple of times. I'm definitely glad that I came here first, the service was fast and effective.. I personally would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

They were able to recovery files from my computer that the Geek Squad at Best Buy were unable to do.

I called before going in and was treated well despite not knowing exactly what I was looking for. When I went in I was greeted with quick, knowledgeable service. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

Had to get a new wifi antenna for my desktop. Arrived was exited 5 minutes later. The gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what I needed and was completely professional. If I have anything else I need computer related I know where I'm going!
