I have used Web Tech Services several times and they were fast, professional and did exactly what they said and fixed the problem the first time. I have had questions that were unrelated to the repairs and they were patient and kind and walked me through the issues I was having. I highly recommend them and wouldn't take my technology needs anywhere else.

Had a broken laptop screen when I brought my computer to them. When I finally had a chance to fire it up again after the repair, I noticed the screen seemed very washed out on the top and bottom. In light of the 90 day warrantee on used screens, I’ll take it in and have it replaced again here soon. I’ve since run into another problem regarding the OS itself and am considering this business for file recovery and OS reinstallation. Beyond that, they are stunningly responsive and patient, and highly communicative with their customers.

I have used them for computer repair and data recovery for many years. Honest and skilled. I always feel like they do everything they can to help ... And if the can't help, they let you know that! Always recommend them.
