Best Buy

I'm a bit impressed really. What was once derided as the Amazon showroom has really worked to shed that title. It still is largely but they do offer pretty good selection and decent help from staff. The store is bright and clean and I actually went ahead and bought the thing I went there to look at in person. So, I guess, keep up the good work.

This establishment holds most all things electronic and more. It is a large store in a popular shopping mall. I did not find my item and it took a bit of time to find a worker (I suggest more personnel). I drove almost 10 miles for an urgent need for my printer. Their email site said they had several in stock. They had none. My helper looked on sites for me and I journeyed a few more miles, putting to rest my electronic emergency!

Helpful staff, def go if you have little knowledge of electronics and are wanting to buy the latest and greatest. We went in for a TV and were given lots of good info, eventually went with one that matched our price rather than sales persons recommendations. Fine experience, great product.

I always shop at Best Buy when shopping for electronics or movies, their price match guarantee with Amazon has saved me a lot of money. I recently moved to Springfield and so when it came to shop for a new TV, cell phone, or Apple Watch I always felt like I was in the right hands when coming to this store. The associates were always helpful and answered my questions. The store is clean and well maintained, they always have what I want when I go in to purchase something. Overall a great place to shop.

Th Geek Squad is marvelous!!! Redid our computers, helped us with items we needed to buy and showed us how to use them. Answered all our questions and exhibited loads of patience with us, two old folks. Would never go anyplace else. Abby was our 'geek'.😊
