Best Buy

Prices are alright, they do price match Amazon, but finding an associate can be difficult during non-peak hours . I try to buy all my items online for in-store pickup, and the experience is much better this way. I went in the other day without ordering online, and it was a drag just to find someone to get an item that was locked up so I could purchase it. That has seriously happened to me every time in the last few years at Best Buy. You would think that they still care about their numbers enough to make sure their employees are available to get items for you, without you hunting them down.

Very knowledgeable sales staff. The printer we purchased was not in stock so we ordered it. But shipping was free. Although we didn't buy a laptop at this store the salesman explained many features that proved helpful.

Best place for immediate tech needs. Friendly staff, great inventory and good return policy just in case.

Had a problem with a replacement phone I requested via my Geek Squad insurance plan, but the employees at Best Buy were quick to help get it fixed.

It's a normal best buy, helpful customer service and very good on open returns within 14 days. They will also price match with Amazon and walmart (if shipped and sold by), really good.
