Best Buy

Went into the store looking for the write laptop I needed for work. The customer service was great and the staff was very friendly. I ended up returning the first laptop I purchased because it didn’t have an Ethernet port which was very important. The sales representative when we went back was nice enough to help us go through the website to see if we could find a laptop that met my needs for work that I would be able to pick up that day at a different store. Really appreciated all the help.

They have a lot of tech but the staff doesn't know a whole lot of the finer details on their products. Which leaves the guest to really figure out those details. There might be some knowledgeable employees in this Best Buy but I haven't seen one.

Totally helpful in purchasing new phones. Easy to talk to. Very patient with us and answered all our questions. Made our shopping experience very pleasant.

I went in to simply pick up a new car charger. My current one wasn’t working in the USB port. I grabbed one off the shelf and went over to customer service to make sure this one would work on a iPhone 10. Dylan took the time to take the charger out and check it himself since apparently some of the phones may require a higher power source than others. The charger worked great. He checked me out at the counter and he rang up a different price than I had read. He honored the price marked on the shelf and apologized for any inconvenience. No inconvenience at all. I always appreciate excellent customer service and I received it at Best Buy. Great job Dylan!

Very helpful when we were looking for a new laptop for our store. They helped us navigate the various types and specifications, and then we got the one that was best suited for our business.
