Best Buy

Great place. On June 4, 2018 a manager saw I needed help with making a payment on my account and directed me to the right place. Great observation. Keep up the good work.

The employee was very rude. Went in to purchase a new tablet for my roommate and he was not very helpful. He just seemed like he could care less if we spent our money in the store. He didn't even offer to help us. He walked past us three different times and when we stopped him he was rude and said I am busy right now you need to wait your turn. When he did finally walk over he said hope sorry we are all out of that one. He didn't even offer to see if another store had any. He was upset when we did ask him to check another store. He finally did go check the computer and looked for a couple of seconds and came back over to us and said nobody has any but we can order it but I'm really not sure when it would come in. I will never go to this location again and I will make sure to tell anyone that I know not to go there either. I would hope this is not how he treats all of his customers because if so Best Buy will be losing several customers because if one employee. I did tell the people at the front of the store and they were very nice and they also knew what employee we were talking about. They said they have had issues with him before. Seems to me like they need to deal with this employee.

Went to best buy looking for one thing. The salesmen checked the system found one, called to have them hold it. Very happy with the service.

If there were ever a place that stored my kryptonite it would be Best Buy. I'm definitely a Tech junkie and could spend my entire paycheck monthly at Best Buy. I've purchased all my electronics through Best Buy, and have never had a problem with the extended warranties. My only complaint is that I personally don't make enough money to fund my Tech addiction, but I'm working on it. I highly recommend Best Buy, and will always purchase my TV's and electronics through them.

They go be on help full. They really help me more than one time. Lee helped me and was very nice. All I can say is trust them
