The directions were confusing and the building is hard to find. Not to mention the entrance and exit are not clearly labled so I entered the wrong way.......

Place to check on anything that has to do with social security card and also to follow up with disability claims always very busy and wait time is an hour or longer

Efficient service with courteous staff. I would feel better about signing in on a computer if they kept sanitary wipes or hand sanitizer somewhere in the building

Sometimes the staff can be a little rude, but given the case loads they have to handle it's understandable. My rating is low not because of the staff, but because of the system itself. Documents are often misplaced, wait times are long, and case workers have too many clients. They work in tiny cubicles and this office looks like they got handed the scraps from an office that closed in 1995. I definitely couldn't do their job, but the way it's set up has to be a nightmare for them to deal with.
