The caseworkers do not care if you need help ot how hard you try to help yourself. You're better off not going to them for help. Twice I have been turned away for being late for appointments (the first time was only ten minutes late) and today I was 15 minutes late because I didn't get off work at the time I thought I would. I work a full time job, and all I wanted help with was Child Care assistance because I cannot afford it on my own. I was blatently told the caseworker had a schedule, and could not see me today, even though i was her last appointment and they had an hour and 15 minutes before they closed. I have to drive 40 minutes to get there, and 40 minutes home. They don't care. They don't care about anything but getting their pay check. I served 2 years for this country, but that doesnt matter either. The caseworkers pay checks are more important than mine and my sons life.
