Human Service Department

Is it just me or does it feel like these people don't want to help, instead do everything in their power to cut you off? Appointment date? Never answer the calls. Purposely call and old number that no longer works even though we left the new one on their answering service like 3 times. What makes things worse, we barely get 100 dollars here. :( They are starving us here. Why is it that everyone that don't deserve this stuff get like $250 and $400+ while those who really need it not only struggle with the service but get such awful amounts that barely livable? The $100 dollars is for 2 people.

I suprise myself by rating DHS 5 stars but every time I go my wait is short or sometimes even no wait all!

Hate coming to this place. This have changed here, when you walk into the door there is no longer a line. What you have to do is sign in on a computer and wait for your name to be called. One day i sat in there 2 hours before my name was called to ask one simple question and then another time i only waited 10 mins to turn in some documents.

They do the best they can. Every time I go there patrons/clients r cussing. I'd go postal if I worked there.
