I arranged transport for my dad from home to Sweetwater hospital (12 mile one way) I was told to have him ready by 8:30 am. His appointment was set with the dr for 10:15 am ( I told them I needed to get him there by 9:30 am.) they sent a van for 7:45 am. the van WOULD NOT WAIT FOR HIM. So we lost the ride to get him to the dr. He is bed ridden but can set up in a wheelchair I had a friend to come here to help me lift him out of the bed to get in the wheelchair. POOR SERVICE , RUDE OFFICE PERSONNEL. THEY LIED TO ME. Plus the web site said the fee would be $3 each. If I know my math that is $6 each way for dad and me. They were charging me $12 each way.
