Dermatology Associates of West Michigan

Dr. Geronadle was a delight, I would never have guessed I would have enjoyed going to a doctor to get something cut off, yet here we are. I felt very cared for from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was professional, courteous, and made my visit(s) beyond pleasant. One of the best things about this place is that you are called back right away (compared to other doctors where you wait thirty minutes after your appointment time). Nothing better than an efficient, well run office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Everyone is so amazing. Front of staff is so friendly, check out staff is so great too. Dr. Gerondales team is very informative about the apt, surgery, what everything entails and friendly. Dr. Gerondale is so great. So kind and caring. I have had a few procedures and he has been wonderful from start to finish. Can't say enough about how wonderful this office is.

While they're good at what they do their patient service is awful. They don't hold space open for patients that have issues come up unexpectedly. I came down with a health concern and wanted to see ANY PA or Doctor there and the nearest they could schedule me was 3 months out..and then said I could call them daily to check on cancellations to try to get in earlier. Naturally they have a monopoly on the market here in West Michigan so they can get away with this garbage patient service. You'd think they're already profitable enough that they can hold open a couple spots a week to see "walk-ins" that have needs that pop up unexpectedly.

I always have a pleasant experience at DAWM, whether is it with a provider or in the SRC. I last saw Karen G., PA-C on 10/17/17 and had another pleasant experience. Karen is quick, knowledgeable and doesn't rush the appointment. I had a mole removed time and the medical assistant, Amanda S., was also very kind and thorough to make sure I understood my at home care instructions.

Difficulty getting an appointment that isn't weeks away. Appointments feel curt/abrupt. Have visited at least 8 times for the same issue. They keep trying the same thing and taking my copay without finding a solution.
