After having permanent skin scarring from not one procedure, but multiple the office will not even call return a phone call. I had a flesh color mole removed, turned into a divet, then a bigger divet and now I look like I have been stabbed. I was sent next door for some corrective knife blade treatment, and was told the scar would heal. It hasn't. I guess it is okay to just scar someone and then when I ask for further advice I am not worthy of a return call? I will have a permanent scar because of a simple or so I thought procedure and this office could care less. One star because the office is a nicely decorated space.

Dr Semler is an excellent, professional dermatologist. I would highly recommend his expertise!
