I arrived an hour early for my appointment figuring I needed to fill out paperwork. They were able to see me within minutes of my arrival, and I did not have time to finish all the paperwork! The PA, Sara, was awesome. She has the ability to communicate what is wrong in a very simplified and understandable manner. The support staff was also very personable. They were all very transparent about the costs of procedures and the process itself. However, I was not aware I had a prescription filled out until a pharmacy called me. We talked about medications, but I did not know one was getting filled (I did need it, though). Overall, it was a very good experience.

The appointment is processed in a timely fashion, and Sarah is friendly, courteous and concerned. She has been able to identify and treat effectively a condition that baffled three other physicians. I have nothing but praise for her skill and patient rapport.

Would not recommend, support staff presented as if u were a burden for them to wait on and that they would like to be anywhere but working. Met with their certified assistant who was VERY pushy, did not communicate well at all (I.e. asked questions of patient, discussed processes, General patient t checks and balances of any kind). Asked my dr for another referral, based on very negative experience. Would NOT recommend to any family, friends, or anyone that I know.

Absolute most rude front office ever. You better hope there is no issue with your appointment or insurance. My girls went together for an first appointment and the front office was so determined to keep the appointments separate that they were down right obnoxious about it. And don’t need a school release. Because you only get excused for an hour and that is so much extra work for them that they are frustrated about that as well. Never been treated so poorly by a staff as in this office. The return visit they only scheduled one of my children and were so snotty about it that my daughter was afraid to go back to the room. I will never be back to this office. Thank you to the staff for talking so loudly about YOUR error thinking I couldn’t hear you. Unbelievable. Run. Don’t come here.

Efficient office, friendly staff, appointments met on-time, frank, straight forward (non-judgmental) analysis and painless treatment. Can't ask for more than that!
