Mid-Michigan Dermatology (part of Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery)

Couldn't rate a zero so a 1 will work. They called me at 930am on the day of my appt to tell me they had to reschedule. After telling them how frustrated i was with this situation and how i would be charged if i called the morning of to reschedule, the scheduling rep put me on hold and after 6 minutes of holding i was hung up on. I called back only to wait another 10min as someone else answered and told me there was nothing they could do for today and that the next available appt was a month out. I expressed myself in a calm but firm manner and the rep was extremely rude. Horrible service and horrible scheduling. I would not recommend .

Dr. Miller is always thorough in his exams, for which I will ever be greatful since he found and treated a skin condition that could have been life-threatening had it not been treated early on. Wait times are minimal and the staff are cordial and helpful in coordinating insurance benefits.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Hatch for years. He recommended Dr. Grekin, and I had my first appointment with him this week. He was very professional, thoroughly explained everything and very friendly. He also had some new recommendations for medications. While I miss Dr. Hatch, I was pleased with his replacement.

Awesome Dr! My hubby has been going to Messenger for about 3 yrs for his hands and was injected in his fingertips...OUCH! Then find out here it is something totally different. Highly recommend!Dr Grekin is the best

I've been trying to reach staff for two days now. Staff never answers the phone. Nobody will return my messages. They prescribed me a medication that my insurance won't cover. Nobody can seem to help me. Customer service is horrible. I felt like my appointment was rushed. Dr. quickly examined me and prescribed me a gel. They didn't tell me of other options or what I felt comfortable with.
