I went to her with concerns about hair loss. She said she would do a scalp biopsy. I asked if she could do some blood work too, and she said I didn’t need any because I was healthy otherwise. When the scalp biopsy came back she told me the hair loss was genetic and I couldn’t do anything except use Rogaine. All my research indicated that scalp biopsies weren’t very useful and the first thing that should always be done is blood work. I went to another doctor who actually listened to me and did the blood work. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and vitamin deficiency that can both cause hair loss. I have been taking medications/supplements and my hair is improving. I am glad I got a 2nd opinion!! My advice - go to a different doctor that will actually listen to you and not just rush in and out of the room. I would never recommend this doctor.

Excellent, from start to finish! Dr. Caudill is efficient, caring, thoughtful, and always puts me at complete ease. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

I think she could have stuck her head out into the waiting room and gave me a thumbs up and I would have felt like I had the same exact examination. I explained a mole my OB wanted me to get checked just to be safe and she rolled her eyes. I got home so fast my husband thought I didn't go. All for quick doctor visits...but the "exam" was pitiful.

I have seen Dr. Caudill a few times over the past few years and she comes highly recommended by family members. Unfortunately, I was there a few weeks ago, and was so disappointed with her care that I will not be going back. Her new office is lovely, the office staff is kind and prompt, and I was able to get a same day appointment. During my appointment, Dr. Caudill was extremely dis-connected with what I had going on and did not seem to care at all. She quickly looked at only a few of the affected areas and spoke to her MA that was in the room, not me. Her answer to me was" I don't know what it is. Hopefully it goes away in a few weeks." That is it. She told her MA to give me a prescription and left the room. So disappointed.

I love Dr. Caudill and all of the staff! My husband and I are always treated well and feel at home in her office!
