Dial Appliance Service

I called and told them what the problem was with my washer. They pretended they could fix it so they could charged me $75 for a 5 min diagnostic and tell me I need a plumber. Meanwhile another appliance place fixed the same problem for me before. Will never use them again.

We had just moved into our apartment and refrigerator began to leak water. We looked online under refrigerator repair and came across Dial Appliance Service. I gave them a call and a service technician arrived an hour later. It turned out that the movers had broken the line to the ice maker and that is why we had a leak. It was an easy and inexpensive repair. We were very pleased with the great service.

I got home from work and went to the refrigerator to grab a cold beer. It was not exactly cold, it was sort of cool. I knew enough to close the door right away and call Dial Appliance Service of Woodside. They were able to get a technician to my home that evening. He checked out the fridge and discovered that the problem was the thermostat. It was only an inexpensive part. I was so relieved. Thanks so much to the technician from Dial Appliance Service.

When our electric dryer was no longer getting hot we called Dial Appliance Service for a dryer repair technician. The service technician came out the following morning to our apartment in Woodside. He was able to determine the cause of our problem immediately. It was a heating element that needed replacement. He had the correct part on the truck and had our dryer repair job done in less than one hour.
