New York Appliance Repair

Good service and friendly, smart technician. This is the 3rd appliance repair company I have worked with extensively for my F&P drawer dishwasher which is very finicky.

Outright lies. They'll tell you that the 100 dollar service fee will be waived if you use them for further work. My dishwasher needed to be replaced. They didn't waive the original 100 dollar service charge as promised. There are lots of credible dishwasher repair/installation places in NYC. Use an honest one.

I called New York Appliance Repair a week ago to see if someone could take a look at our Sub Zero fridge (it was leaking, door seal seemed to be broken). The technician came in on Monday, right on time and did a diagnostic look over. The seal was broken, our drain was clogged (hence the leak!) and the motor for the fan was leaking oil. The technician was quick, did a great job, cleaned up very neatly and was polite and personable. Very happy with New York Appliance Repair. I will have them come in a couple weeks to look at our garbage disposal and washing machine!

I had no idea what happened to Thermador oven that Thursday night. The Oven timer didn't work, so I almost burned down the food! Bad luck, what I can say. I called at least three different appliance repair companies, but had no response. The phone call to New York Appliance Repair was answered right away and the operator scheduled same day appointment to do the oven repair. This appliance repair company had a really nice team. The repair technician arrived on time and was well-behaved and educated. It took him only an hour to fix my Thermador Oven. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable he is in appliance repair industry. I got a lot of useful tips from him on how to maintain my oven. Thanks to New York Appliance Repair company for the Oven repair they provided, its working perfectly now without any timer malfunction!

I run a small business from home baking muffins in my Wolf oven. When the temperature was off I called New York Appliance Repair. The service person arrived the same day and calibrated the oven. I really appreciated the fast service that kept my business running. I will keep the card handy just in case.
