Great service!!! No complaints. The technician did a very thorough job on checking all the appliances. Job well done.

Considering that I had to wait two months to have my washing machine repaired, (after one of their contracted technicians broke it during a preventive maintenance appointment) this technician was pretty good!  However, a warning to anyone with the service agreement, Sears sent an outside contractor, and he proceeded to do all 6 of my appliances, when unbeknown to me, he as only suppose to do 2.  Because I wasn't aware of this, he broke my washing machine and dishwasher, neither of which he had expertise in.  Consequently, a differnt technician had to come at another time to see what parts needed to be ordered, then come back weeks later to install them.  One service appointment with this non Sears technician led to five more appointments, spread out over a two month period!!!  Somehow, make sure they are sending you a Sears technician and not an outside contractor, who in my opinion aren't as thorough.

After so many call i still do not know when they going to fix my air conditioner cause they keep change the appointment and this is going for a periods of many months maybe 2 or three months

I'm extremely disappointed with Sear's repair services and customer service helpdesk....I had a broken dishwasher for over 6 mouths and they refused to replace the appliance; even though I had purchased full warranty.   They replaced part, after part, after part, and used a contracted repair company.   For each part replacement, there was an assessment visit, followed by a part order, waiting for the part delivery, followed by installation. The entire computer board was replace, the motor was replaced, plus other miscellaneous parts.    In addition to the broken appliance inconvenience  this entire process took many hours from my work day, and personal time.  I had to take time from work to wait at home for a repair person for 5 hours in addition to the 2 to 3 hours of labor time.   This happened numerous times, with no support from Sears.    I'm still awaiting a call from Sears in regards to this entire disastrous situation.   Respectfully,  Very Disappointed Customer

Called to get our dishwasher serviced because it wasn't filling up with water.  Mark called when he was on his way and tried to "walk me through" a few steps to make sure it really wasn't working.  Polite, professional and left everything neat before he left.
