Donutology

It's a cardinal rule in retail to always have a sales person ready to serve the customer. After a brief two minute search, a cashier was found but it seemed she was working solo. Donutology offers novelty, but their quality lags behind my local favorite, Fluffy Fresh, on Johnson Drive. I don't trust their skill serving coffee compared to the Filling Station (across the street) or Oddly Correct.

The selection of donuts was versatile, fun and super delicious! The lady at the cash registrar was very helpful and patients. The shop as a while had a great atmosphere. Definitely coming back!

This is a fun, but pricey, little shop. Staff was extremely friendly. Drink variety could be better especially with the prices. This is a nice place to take visitors to the area.

Not Traditional Donuts. Interesting Donuts (but basic flavor). High Prices. Staff was Average. For great donuts go elsewhere. Overall worth a visit.

Great donuts, horrible service. The first time I went the cashier kept telling me how tired he was and to allow patience for that. This time my gift card was declined and they couldn't tell me why or give me a balance for the card. We went on a weekend when the blueberry should be available, but they only had one available donut for the build your own minis. I was surprised by the poor preparation and lack of accommodation. They just didn't seem to care, however the donuts we did receive were warm and delicious. They had a delicate crispy outside with a soft airy inside. I only wish the service could have matched a fraction of the taste.
