Great place to chill and work with coffee, donuts and pizza just steps away..  Lots of space.   Lots of outlets.   Decent free Wi-Fi.  Open early to late.

LaMar's simply has the best donuts in town.  They aren't cheap, but if you want the best,  you should expect to pay for it. For health reasons, I don't get donuts often, but when I do, I get LaMar's. Yum!

I really enjoy their donuts, I like to bring them in and feed my service department during the week. Never had a lick of bad service here.

This Lamar's is much smaller in selection compared to the other stores. It is located inside the KU bookstore. The staff was fine towards me compared to the other reviews here. Line was really slow, but that was because people we're ordering a dozen donuts and had no idea what they wanted. Donuts tasted great.

Ordered a Bavarian creme bismark and it was not cooked through ie: dough was very gummy/raw on much of the inside. Unfortunately did not realize this until after leaving the store. 
This was my first visit so it may have just been the one batch however I am not very interested in testing that theory.
