Dunkin' Donuts

I come here for the coffee and occasional sandwich. My coffee is almost always great! Sandwiches are usually good but sometimes burned. I give 3 stars because its obvious management short staffs the place. I get the same thing every time and I usually have to tell the cashier my drink order many times. But hey the coffee always tastes good! There was awhile where they didn't have hot food at all because their ovens were broke and their drive thru was down for awhile. Good prices though!

I come here at least once per week. I try not to but necessity sometimes dictates it. Typically the staff are friendly and usually the donuts or food is stale or cold. Today was the opposite. The service was awful and the donuts were incredibly fresh. The drive thru was down, so we had to go in. The woman taking orders was loud and obnoxious....and slow. On a normal day at 6 am they only have 4 types of donut holes maybe. My coffee orders are normally incorrect BUT when I'm able to catch it they are good about correcting it. As someone said before me the staff is an odd assortment of folk and overall this location should probably have an OVERHAUL.

This location was clean, fast and friendly during my visit. I came during off peak hours, but there were a few people there hanging out. Pretty easy in and out access as well, but no drive through.

I come here multiple times a week. My order is wrong on occasion but they always remake it no questions asked. Today I was handed my coffee and I told him I ordered an iced coffee with toasted almond and almond milk. He proceeded to tell me that’s what it was. I said there is no way there is almond milk in there. It’s black coffee. He proceeded to argue with me over the color of almond MILK. He said I didn’t pay for an extra shot of it? Even though they rang it up...I paid what they told me my total was and then offered to pay more. I was completely perplexed as I ordered the same thing that I always order. Finally I asked for my money back because we weren’t getting anywhere. He then asked for my receipt when I had just paid. I’m still confused why he got so aggressive with me when he was in the wrong and I was more than nice. I won’t be back.

Nice people. Good food. Go early if you want old fashioned donuts.
