Dosa Kitchen

Owner is very friendly. Location is nice. Bit further than most shops but still very close. Definitely worth the effort. Specially for the view. I ordered a plain dosa and a mango lassi. Both were great. Flavors are a little different from what I'm used to, but he has catered the food to the community well. The sambar was not as spicy as I would have expect but still flavorful. If I lived in the area, the this place would definitely be a reoccurring stop.

We had masala dosa and nutty falafel, both were excellent. Protions are generous and the staff/owner really friendly and nice. The view is good and the food is great. This little gem is worth seeking out.

I love Dosa Kitchen! They always have a vegan option, and it's always delicious and freshly made. Also, there is a great view of the river and mountains from the food truck area.

Super yummy for a stop or even a detour. If you need gluten free or vegan options, definitely make it a regular stop.

Absolutely fabulous!! I will never drive through Brattleboro again without trying to time my trip so as to eat here. The flavors are exotic but not overwhelming, and perfectly balanced. The owners are very welcoming, and happy to answer questions and to steer you to a great choice. Btw, having Grafton Cheese next door is a huge plus! Highly recommended.
