DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Charlotte

This hotel REQUIRES staff training. I feel I should not have to pay full price to train staff myself. Amenities? Free water, and flush toilets. This hotel is a do-it-yourself. I was surprise that they did not ask me to cook breakfast. Place should be closed until staff gets in place.

Great team at this location. The front desk assistant manager is top class. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I like this location so much I will be staying here biweekly for work purposes. Amazing team!

Convenient. Location and attached parking garage, very friendly and efficient staff. Rooms normal size, veryclean.

Great location. Nice staff, fast check in and cookies! Room/bath could use some updating but it was clean and comfortable.

Customer service not so good. I asked women at desk for the complementary cookie .She told me she only had a couple left. They were for new arrivals. So I would have to want till some more was cooked. Doesn’t sound bad right, but I was a new arrival. Shake my head. Never again!

Check-in was great and friendly. Facilities, very convenient and centrally located in downtown Charlotte. Walk in distance from the Johnson and Wales University.

The only negative was the plumbing had issues in our room. I notice my bill has an extra day of parking charged, so I need to call the hotel later. Other than the minor issues, the rooms were clean and comfortable
