Doyle's Yellow Checker Cab

Today 5/1 sucked the driver parked at the wrong end of the parking lot which in retrospect was probably not by accident,he was unkempt unshaven and sarcastically rude when he did speak and didn't just jerk his head in answer. I tried to keep it short and sweet the ride was $3 more than normal and he tipped himself. He looked like a rebel hippie throw back who actually needed a sedative to get rid of his tension. I love using this taxi service usually it's the office who needs a couple of stiff drinks and to ease up. I been using them exclusively and we had only one other that I would never tip. Do yourself a favor judge the driver not the company cause it's the driver ya gotta ride with.im ripped. I hire taxis so there isn't drama well today it was nothing but stupid

I needed a cab from West Acres shopping center to my hotel in Fargo. The cab showed up at West Acres, but he was oh -so-busy playing with his radio, and could not bother to help me with my 4 heavy shopping bags. And then, he drove like a maniac, weaving in and out of traffic, taking corners sharply (to the point I had to hang on to my shopping bags so they would not tip over in the car), and then he drove right past my hotel. When I said, "That was your turn, right there, my hotel". He said, "I know what I am doing, I know how to drive". When he then took another turn (which of course, made the cost on the meter go higher) and stopped in front of the hotel, once again....he did not even bother to offer to help me with my 4 heavy shopping bags. I have taken cabs in England, Wales, India, NYC, and Hawaii. This cab company in Fargo needs to learn manners, respect, treating their customers in a kind way, and driving skills. Honestly, I had better customer service, better cab rides, and more polite drivers in Mumbai, India, than I do here in Fargo. Never again will I use this company.

Terrible!! Got a call from a cpu telling me to make my way outside so i did. After 25 min of waiting outside in 2 degree temps a person called to ask where i was. After a brief conversation he stated the driver went to the wrong place. I cancelled my cab. I will also be placing a note in our company breakroom for all 52 of our out of town employees to not use them.

Horrible customer service and completely unreliable!!! Will never take this cab again and will request an uber for my bar customers rather than call these scum bags!

Coming home n was driving which one of your stupid drivers was backin up onto a intersection didn't see if anyone is coming almost hit us good thing my bf seen it bc he almost hit us and didn't even stopped..
