I would give a negative number if I could. I called in one day ahead to schedule an early pickup next morning (3:30am) from GF to GF airport for my 5am flight on Sep 2nd. The lady took all the information (my address, my name, cell #, time to pickup) during the call. The next morning, I didn't see any taxi shown at my house 3:30. I called again. A different lady answered my call but said there isn't any info for my ride. I told her that I called ahead the day before. Her response was "That wasn't me." and hung up on me. At the time, I only had ~15 min to figure out how I can get to the airport by 4am to catch my flight. I didn't have much of choice but to drive my own car and left my car at the airport. Since my trip was to China to take care my father for his cancer situation, I knew I would be gone longer time. I'd prefer not to pay higher cost of parking for the long duration. But Grand Forks Taxi poor service left me no other choice.
It wasn't just about the cost as I see it. It was about a taxi service advertised its service as "24/7" everywhere but couldn't even make it right for a scheduled commitment. The schedule lady had a very poor work ethic, too.

very poor service and i worked for them fyi and there cabs most the time have some kinda engine light on or repair needed! call some one esle

I would have given ZERO stars if I could have. I witnessed a UND college student call this company last night after she saw their poster in a local bar advertising for a college price taxi service rate offering a "STUDENT SAFE RIDE." The young lady called and to schedule a ride, mentioning the $5 special college rate from the poster. They acted like the rate wasn't valid and then we heard a male's voice in the background say " WAIT, IS SHE HOT?" Immediately the young lady/college student I was standing with replied in shock, "I will not do business with you, and I will find a ride with another local cab company." DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
