For one, this guy is a scam artist that is not licensed through the city, which if he ever did become licensed through the city he would be using your tax dollars to rip you off, because he's a refugee, funded by your tax dollar, ask him to prove otherwise, and if you look at his website, he would be the only company charging $5 per extra person.
