SHUTTLE EXPRESS

Because some fake company called "Dakota Shuttle and Parcel" left a review on my company's page saying I left somebody in another town 2 days ago. The last person I brought out of Watford was a week ago and it was to the airport which they flew out of and even called me when they landed. "Dakota Shuttle and Parcel" doesn't exist anywhere outside of that one review (I searched extensively and surely if they're a business they would have their information somewhere accessible to the public) and I know how the owner of shuttle express likes to play games. I won't hide behind a fake profile. Another reason is because the owner left a woman and her two daughters on the side of the road because he didn't want to take my money. The drivers for this company aren't bad, but the owner is beyond bad. Now he's saying I've never ridden with them, but I know 3 drivers he's gone through recently (his employees don't stick around because they don't get paid enough or treated respectfully) who will tell you otherwise.

They hardly ever answer and when they do they always claim to be on a long ride when I see their cars at houses in town. Drivers are nice though.

horrible service... started out good got a call back said they would pull up in "45 seconds" went straight outside called them and they informed me they were full didn't puck up the people they said they were going to wee informed me the owner would call shortly and pick us up never got another call. tried calling again and they just kept hanging up... horrible
