Premier Taxi

I had an awesome experience, driver was courteous and went the extra mile to retrieve something I had forgotten. I will be using them next time.

2 dollar charge for using a card. Nice driver. Quick pickup would recommend if you need a ride.

The driver arrive to pick me up for work n when I got in it smell just like fresh cigarette we had to ride with the windows down n it's right after the snow storm I'm allergic to smoke habe really bad allergies my sinuses are very bad just had surgery

Update Mar 2017: The owner made several attempts to make this right. He called, explained the reason why they had honored the request and offered a credit. I appreciate his efforts and owning all representation of his company. I will wait until I've had a chance to use the service at least once more before changing my overall ☆ rating. Jan 2017: It's unfortunate that I have to do this but I've waited several days to give Premier an opportunity to at least acknowledge me. I've been in Minot 3+ years and have used the service several times before and never will again. I made a reservation via text like I always do and got a confirmed for pickup response. My pickup time came and went with no message from Premier, even with me sending several messages asking if they'd still come. Good thing I could get to the airport or I certainly would have missed my flight. I sent another message even after I'd made it to my destination and that message was also ignored. I have them one week to at least acknowledge me or offer an explanation or apology. None of those things happened. I understand things happen but to just ignore me is completely unacceptable. The epitomy of non-existent customer service. If it wasn't that they have showed up in the past this would have been one star.

I use Premier Taxi very often. The drivers are always friendly and on time. Premier Taxi is the best Taxi Service in Minot. Very Impressed
