Drunken Jack's Restaurant & Lounge

This is by far the best establishment I have ever been to. There was an hour wait on a Saturday night, but it was beyond worth it. My boyfriend and I waited in the lounge and listened to some awesome live music. Troy, the bartender, was incredible. He made perfect drinks and was so funny and personable. He genuinely loves his job and it shows. He even personally brought our cocktails to our table when it became available. Our server was also a delight. She brought us the best hush puppies I’ve ever eaten to start our meal. Our food arrived very quickly and was by far the best meal I’ve eaten. The salmon was so amazing and the scallops were like butter. Thankfully we pushed ourselves and got dessert. The black joke pie was so decadent. I can’t say enough about this place. If you’re in the area you have to go.

So I was a bit nervous with my choice of venue when I first walked in. It seemed that everyone was over 60 and it was far from a happening place. The views were great but the décor was similar to an old ship and it felt very dated. Our service was great, quick, and friendly. The food is the reason I am giving them 5 stars. It tasted fresh and the crab cakes were actual crab meat.

Fantastic restaurant, the service was prompt, helpful and friendly. I tried Triggerfish as suggested by our server and it may be my favorite fish thus far. The prices were on point and the portions were plentiful. We left happy and very full! Can't wait to return here next time we're in town!

Our server, Jesse was outstanding. The food was great and salad bar well stocked. Sits right along the water with pelicans and other wildlife. Ambience and decor also Super. Loved it !

Great food, great service, very good salad bar. They start you off with REAL corn bread hush puppies and honey butter. They were amazing. My wife said her prime rib was the best she ever had. My daughter's steak was medium rare perfection. Just be aware that this place has a bar side and a dining room side. The Google pricing is two dollar signs, and I'm sure that is true for the bar side. The dining room side is really three dollar signs, but was worth it.
