Durham School Services

We used Durham for our wedding transportation. We rented 2 buses at a great price. The address of the hotel on the contract was wrong so I corrected it. Multiple times I confirmed pick up times and the locations of pick up and drop off. As I was getting pictures done before my ceremony, my uncle called my dad to let him know there were no buses at the hotel at 3:35. The buses were supposed to come at 3:15 and 3:30. My ceremony started at 4. Finally my uncle called back about ten minutes later and said they came. I was notified during the reception that neither bus driver knew where they were taking our guests. Then I experienced some very unprofessional stuff... while I was waiting with my dad to walk down the aisle, one of the drivers attempted to go into where the ceremony was to use the bathroom as my bridal party walked in! They also were standing in the reception area. I won't be recommending this company to anyone in search of transportation. We were very unhappy with the services.

Both of my daughters buses come late evey single day. The bus driver will have my daughter waiting for almost 10 minutes. But when she see my daughter walking down the hill whic only takes her 10 seconds she wants to pull off
