Werner Coach

Friendly Booking process, Easy payment and pleasure to deal with via telephone. VERY Poor execution. The driver, instead of calling me (even on our wedding day would have accepted his call), OR getting out of his seat and walking into the HOTEL LOBBY TO LET THE CONCIERGE KNOW HE WAS THERE..... INSTEAD of doing any of that, he just sat for 50 minutes in the 52 passenger bus that I paid $$$.00 for (by the hour). As a result, our wedding was delayed. There are other negatives about our experience with Werner Coach, but I will not post them publicly.

This place is overall a terrible company with the way they treat customers/ employees. It breaks every OSHA law in the book in the shops as well. The busses break down every couple of trips and passengers are left stranded. Klein is by far the best bet for a fun and enjoyable experience. Werner needs to be shut down.

We used Werner Coach as a shuttle for our wedding day from the reception to the hotel. The customer service was much better than I expected. It took a little back and forth to decide what would work best for our event, but they did everything to help us make it work. The buses were great with tons of space and seating. They were on time and the driver was very friendly. They even adjusted things the day of to better accommodate our needs because there were some last minute changes. Overall they were very friendly, very professional and always had our best interest in mind. I would strongly recommend using them.
