None better to take a trip to New York City Port Authority. I feel I can say that, as I've been doing it for over 20 years. Needs to clean up the waiting room, lavatory area. Reasonable price for senior tickets too.

They bendable and run on time almost always. The drivers are always very courteous and nice all the buses have Wi-Fi. The buses are generally very clean some of them have power jacks. Also good route on the way into the city through the Lincoln Tunnel using the bus lane.

This is a great way to take a trip and not have to do a lot of driving. Recently they changed operations so the small convenient terminal which had low priced parking may have changed.

The bus is rarely on time. Im waiting for a bus thats more than 25 minutes late.
