LX Coach Bus Charter Co

during October 2017 the travel agency I work for conducted an organized tour in New England. We contacted LX Coach, that made a promising first impression. Unfortunaty we were severly dissapointed. after picking the group up from Boston Airport the bus broke down. At first we did not make a big deal out of it, as this mught happen to every company, but as the hours went by without a solution from nobody at LX Coach we were very worries. eventually, after trying to contact other charter bus company *myself* to solve this incident, and calling the dispatch every 10 minutes, the bus driver himself called a friend and arranged a transfer to Boston. this incident lasted for over 3 hours. Nevertheless, I did not make an issue out of it. we compensated the group with dinner and things were OK. I was surprised but my contact from LX Coach did not contact me after... a few days later I contacted him and asked to be reimbursed for 400$ - the amount paid for dinner for the group. from now on it took several months to recieve a proper reply. I sent so many emails that did not recieve a reply that I lost count. Eventually Imy "contact" did reply, complained that I initially let hom know of the incident very late, and now he doesn't have the proper data... Of course this wasn't true as the company was informed at the time of the incident and I emaild this specific person shortly after. I was offered 400$ as a future voucher. Knowing I had no other choice I accepted, but when tried to contact him again in order to schedule another group I did not recieve any reply to this day - it has been a few months. I do not reccomend working with this charter bus comapny.

Tom and Luke are great, we had great experience this year and last year. always take care of the passengers and very friendly. Buses are maintained and clean, with new upgrades this year
