They were never on time with picking up my daughter for school. Her time to get picked up was at 7:38am. They always came between 8:30 and 9:00 am. I called and complained to the school which was out of their hands, and I called and complained to the leahy bus company it self. My daughter was late to school everyday I was late to work everyday. I was on the verge of loosing my job. I would not recommend this bus service to no ONE no business to use. They need to shut that bus service down

My child goes to Pan American Academy Charter School.. her bus route is 7524.. The bus driver on this route, listens to loud music and talks via headphones on her cellphone the entire ride.. she loudly and violently curses at other drivers while children are on board.. my 7 year old does not feel safe with this driver.. and neither do i.. many times she is travelling with her own children on the bus.. she has been late for pick up every day since August 31, 2015.. On at least 5 occasions she has not showed up at the bus stop at all.. my child has not been to school on time once this school year.. the only days in which she was close to being on time (close, not on time) were September 23rd and 24th.. this was only because her own children did not have school as public schools were closed on those days.. the afternoons are no better.. case in point today, the bus driver didn't show up to the school until close to 5 PM (they're supposed to leave the school at 3:30 PM) and neither the bus company or school acknowledges these problems or informs parents when things like this occur.. complaints filed with the school district are useless as well.. its been about a month and we've called this bus company to complain virtually ever single day.. without fail, the guy who answers the phone states that this is the very first complaint he is receiving concerning this route.. some nerve.. as if we don't know his voice already.. and as if he doesn't recognize ours.. by the way today was bus orientation day at my daughters school, scheduled to start at 5PM.. my daughter got on the bus at 4:45 PM.. so there goes my opportunity to physically voice these complaints at this orientation, as i have no choice but to wait at the stop and miss the orientation.. something has to be done.. this service from this bus company is abysmal at best.. but that is of no consequence to them as they are contracted by the school district, so all is well to them as long as the checks are coming in.. so its screw providing good service, the money is gonna roll in anyhow..

This service is the absolute WORST!!! Rude, unprofessional drivers, they DONT show up, leaving children stranded. If I could give them less than a 1 I would. They are HORRIBLE!!!! I'm absolutely sick of them. They need to be sued!!!
And the one liar who rated them 5 stars obviously works for the company and needs to STOP misleading the public.

I know reviews are nearly always negative but this is nowhere near a reflection of this company. Our charter school has been assigned this bus company for the last 8 years. There are occasional issues but for the great majority of time the service is beyond excellent.

If they aren't going to do anything with the building, then they should consider Habitat for Humanity.
