Philly Transportation, LLC

Having dealt with Philly Trans on several occasions, I cannot believe the negative reviews I've just read. The company seems to grow and expand its reach every year and that must be attributed to the persistent pursuit of excellent service. Cannot say enough good things about the company.

Nov 11, 2017: Driver of Philly Trans bus #615 nearly mowed me down in a crosswalk at 3rd and Walnut Streets. I would seriously question the safety of their drivers and would certainly avoid contracting with them or trusting them to transport children.

This morning I was at my bus stop and the arrives every day at 7:05 and I waited in till 7:23 and never came bus 228 route 7111 Ms.t and in the afternoon we a different bus driver but I do like this company better than Durham school survices

Great quality company with excellent customer service. Philly Trans puts children safety first.

I e-mailed the company through their website to inquire about necessary training/experience needed by applicants on behalf of my father. (When I have down-time at work I regularly look into job opportunities for him as he can't do so at his current job). I also inquired about benefits and compensation. I received an e-mail from Mr. Faust, President, that was meant for someone else. It said that they should have me come in because I might be a competitor. One, I understand mistakes happen but be more careful when replying to e-mails. Two, maybe try having someone call or e-mail me to feel me out. If I were a competitor I would have called on the phone. I wouldn't have gone on their website and provided my name, phone number, and e-mail address. I'm sure they provide wonderful services but this wasn't the best introduction.
